Package Policies

  • A completed New Client Consultation is required prior to purchasing training packages.

  • Packages cannot be retroactively applied to previously scheduled lessons.

  • Refunds are available for unused lessons and/or Virtual Check Ins within your package’s expiration window. 12 Packs are refundable within 6 months of purchase.

  • No shows and last-minute cancellations are not eligible for refunds and will incur the full cost of the lesson or Check In.
